Requirements for an approved application include: 650 or better credit score,  monthly income must be 3x the rent, and no Unlawful detainers, evictions or bankruptcy in the last 3 years. Applicants debt to income ratio must be 45% or under with monthly rent included to DTI. 

Once your full application is submitted with all applicants and/or guarantors, the processing time is generally 24-48 hours. Anyone over 18 must complete the full application process. During the application process, we may request additional documentation. Please ensure we have the best contact information for you on your application.
